Admission to DarkStar's program is highly competitive:
We only accept two cohorts annually and typically admit less than 1% of applicants.
A typical DarkStar cohort consists of 5 to 7 high-ranking executives from mid-to-mega cap companies, each empowered with delegation of authority.
Successful participants will undergo a comprehensive six-month program, consisting of both 10 remote sessions and 5 on-site assignments.
Expectations include dedicating 20-25 hours per week to program-related activities, in addition to your regular commitments.
The tuition fee for the current year intake is set at $165.000,00 per individual, with a minimum enrollment requirement of five participants.

The inaugural expedition of the previous cohort successfully reached its destination in Namibia. The expedition took place at the Barents drilling rig, situated 35 nautical miles offshore and operated by Transocean, in collaboration with DarkStar Education.

Upon touchdown, the team was confronted with an emergency situation, prompting an immediate call for the development of a contingency plan, all within the initial 3 hours.
Pressure Mounts Exponentially
The situation is rapidly evolving, and the mentors from DarkStar are exacerbating the scenario, hindering the team's ability to find a viable solution. Within the first 36 hours, the situation quickly spirals out of control.

As expected, during the first expedition, every team buckles under pressure within the initial 24 hours. They are left with only one option: change their approach to operations.

Expeditions vary annually, so it's important not to gauge your efforst and stress expectations solely on the first expedition, which tends to be the least demanding. Never an hostage at the table
Darkstar's mentors portfolio includes two former hostage negotiators. You will learn how to utilize these skills in the business world, how to establish boundaries, and when it's time to disengage.
Negotiate and resolve
In business, negotiation is often seen as the least favorable option when dealing with mediocrity. It is more prudent to actively pursue opportunities to excel, and DarkStar's mentors will guide you through that journey.
